This research aims to analyze the readiness of Sharia Accounting students at IAIN Metro in facing the job market, particularly students in semesters 4 and 6. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through a job readiness scale covering aspects such as curriculum, internship programs, soft skills, hard skills, and institutional support. The sample consisted of 10% of the total population, involving 10 respondents. Data analysis was performed using percentage analysis and the Rasch Model. The findings show that 76% of students are categorized as job-ready. The dominant influencing factors include soft skills (24%), curriculum (23%), and internship experiences (21%). Rasch analysis shows that internship-related items are the most agreed upon, while items related to campus support are the least agreed upon. These results suggest that strengthening soft skills, providing relevant internships, and improving institutional support can significantly enhance students’ job readiness in accordance with sharia values.
