Pengembangan Model Bisnis Berkelanjutan bagi Sentra UMKM Keris di Pasar Beringharjo

The keris Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Center in Beringharjo Market, Yogyakarta, faces significant challenges related to business sustainability in the era of digital disruption, especially the stagnation of traditional business models and limited market reach. This community service activity aims to develop and implement a more adaptive and sustainable business model for keris MSME actors in the location. The implementation method of this program includes a situation analysis (focus group discussion), business model development workshops using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach, and intensive assistance in marketing digitalization. The results achieved show an increase in partners' understanding of key elements of BMC, as well as a transition from conventional to hybrid sales models (offline and online). The implementation of this new business model has succeeded in expanding customer segments and improving the operational efficiency of MSMEs. In conclusion, interventions based on business model development have proven to be effective in empowering keris MSMEs in Beringharjo Market to achieve business sustainability in the midst of modern market dynamics.
