Waste banks are a form of community-based waste management that contribute to reducing waste generation while providing economic, social, and environmental benefits. However, Tugu Harapan waste bank faces various challenges that may hinder its sustainability, while its business model has not been clearly identified, resulting in an unsystematic organizational development direction. This study aims to identify and evaluate the business model of Tugu Harapan Waste Bank using the Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) approach. This study employed a qualitative case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation and analyzed using the economic, social, and environmental layers of the TLBMC framework. The findings indicate that the business model of Tugu Harapan Waste Bank remains focused on basic waste management operations and has generated economic, social, and environmental benefits for the community. However, the evaluation revealed several weaknesses, including limited human resources, suboptimal partnerships, a lack of diversified revenue streams, and the absence of value-added waste processing activities. Therefore, strengthening organizational capacity, expanding partnerships, developing recycled products, and increasing community participation are essential to support the sustainability of Tugu Harapan Waste Bank’s business model.
