Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the Indonesian economy. However, they still face various obstacles in utilizing digital technology. This study aims to analyze the integration of e-commerce, fintech, and data-driven decision-making as a strategy to improve MSME competitiveness. The method used is a qualitative approach with library research on various academic sources indexed by SINTA and Scopus, as well as official government reports. The results indicate that e-commerce can expand MSME market access and increase sales; fintech encourages financial inclusion and transaction transparency; and data-driven decision-making improves the accuracy of business strategies through data analysis. The integration of these three technologies forms a mutually supportive digital ecosystem and has been proven to increase MSME competitiveness. However, low digital literacy, infrastructure gaps, and limited capital remain major obstacles. This study recommends synergy between the government, financial institutions, and technology providers to encourage an inclusive and sustainable digital transformation for all MSMEs in Indonesia.
