The growth of the global halal industry has expanded the application of halal principles to non-food sectors, including the textile industry. However, supply chain complexity and the extensive use of chemicals in textile production remain challenges in ensuring halal integrity. This study aims to develop a Halal Value Chain framework for the Indonesian textile industry through the integration of halal chemicals and Halal Supply Chain Management (HSCM). A qualitative approach was employed using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and conceptual framework development. Data were collected from scientific articles, regulatory documents, and industry reports published between 2014 and 2025 and analyzed through content analysis and framework synthesis. The findings reveal that the primary halal critical points are concentrated in wet processing activities involving various textile chemicals. The study proposes a Halal Value Chain framework integrating supply chain processes with halal control mechanisms, including halal chemicals, the Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH), traceability, quality assurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The proposed framework is expected to support more comprehensive halal implementation within the Indonesian textile industry
