Abstract

This study aims to determine whether organizational commitment, leadership style, compensation, work discipline, communication, work stress, and organizational culture influence employee work motivation at PT Mitra Andal Sejati Jakarta. The analysis carried out with a descriptive and inferential approach using multiple linear regression analysis on 84 sample people who were employees of PT Mitra Andal Sejati Jakarta. Based on the results of the study note that are organizational commitment, leadership style, compensation, communication, and organizational culture has positive effect on employee motivation, work stress has a negative effect on employee motivation and work discipline does not affect employee work motivation. Built upon the results of the study, it is also known that compensation has a dominant effect on employee work motivation of PT Mitra Andal Sejati Jakarta, therefore, it is better to pay more attention to compensation given to increase employee motivation.
