Abstract

Roselle herbal drink is a processed product with high economic value and health benefits, thus requiring efficient supply chain management to support business sustainability. This study aims to analyze the efficiency level of the supply chain performance of roselle herbal drinks at UD. Cipta Lestari, located in Pujungan Village, Pupuan District, Tabanan Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative analysis with a Likert scale approach on three main supply chain flows, namely product flow, information flow, and financial flow, measured based on planning, procurement, production, distribution, and return parameters. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires distributed to relevant respondents. The results show that the efficiency level of product flow is classified as very efficient with an average score of 4.35 (87.00%), information flow is classified as efficient with an average score of 4.15 (83.00%), and financial flow is classified as very efficient with an average score of 4.40 (88.00%). The highest efficiency is found in product returns and payment accuracy, while the lowest efficiency is in distribution and market demand information delivery. Overall, the supply chain performance of roselle herbal drinks at UD. Cipta Lestari is efficient; however, improvements are still needed, particularly in distribution and information management to achieve optimal performance.
