Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of murabahah financing has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia. This study specifically examines the effect of the quality of murabahah financing on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Watampone. By increasing customer satisfaction with Islamic banking, this research can contribute to the development of Islamic banking theory and practice, especially in understanding the influence of the quality of murabahah financing on customer satisfaction. This study can provide recommendations to improve the quality of murabahah financing and customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Watampone. This study uses quantitative research. This type of research is a survey research. Survey research is a study that uses a questionnaire as a research instrument. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique (non-random sample) with a stratified random sampling method (stratified sample), with 100 respondents. This variable consists of the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction (Y) and the independent variable, namely the quality of murabahah financing (X). The collected data were analyzed using classic assumption tests, statistical tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the quality of murabahah financing has a very significant and strong influence on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Watampone. With a contribution of 80.8%, the quality of murabahah financing is proven to be a dominant factor in determining customer satisfaction.
