Pelatihan Keterampilan Pengucapan Bahasa Inggris Berbasis Nilai Keislaman dengan Teknik Repetition Drill dan Corrective Feedback untuk Anak-Anak di Panti Asuhan Putera Bonang Banjarmasin

This community service program aims to improve the English pronunciation skills of children at the Putera Bonang Orphanage in Sei Bilu Village through methods based on Islamic values. Children in orphanages often experience limited access to quality education, especially in English language learning. The methods used are repetition drills and corrective feedback to improve English pronunciation accuracy. This program also integrates Islamic values into each training session to enhance the children's understanding and motivation. Implementation methods include lectures, discussions, exercises, and pre- and post-tests to measure the development of participants' skills. The training targets approximately 16 children aged 15-18, selected based on their limitations in English language education. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in pronunciation ability. The average pre-test score of 54.375 increased to 78.125 on the post-test. This improvement indicates that repetition drill and corrective feedback, which is relevant to incorporates Islamic content, is effective in increasing students' motivation and pronunciation skills.
