This study aims to analyze the effect of Workload (X₁), Work Environment (X₂), and Teamwork (X₃) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Niskala Banyu Segara, a company engaged in industrial fuel supply. Employee performance is a key factor in ensuring operational effectiveness and efficiency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consists of 45 employees, and a census sampling technique was applied, where all employees were selected as respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS. The analytical methods include validity and reliability tests, as well as simple and multiple linear regression analyses. The results show that Workload, Work Environment, and Teamwork each have a significant effect on Employee Performance, with t-values of 7.676, 7.841, and 5.614, respectively, and significance values below 0.05. Simultaneously, the variables significantly influence Employee Performance, as indicated by an F-value of 29.384 and a significance value of 0.000. In conclusion, Workload, Work Environment, and Teamwork significantly affect Employee Performance. Therefore, the company should manage workload effectively, create a supportive work environment, and strengthen teamwork to improve employee performance.
