Pengaruh Digital Leadership dan Kompetensi Digital terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan E-Commerce di Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital leadership and digital competencies on employee performance at e-commerce companies in Indonesia. The rapid development of digital technologies and the increasing reliance on e-commerce platforms make it essential to examine how digital leadership and competencies impact employee performance in the digital age. A quantitative approach was used, employing a survey method via a questionnaire administered to employees working in a digital environment. Data analysis employs multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results indicate that digital leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, suggesting that leaders' ability to manage and guide technology use enhances work productivity. Digital competence was also found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the higher an employee’s ability to utilize technology, the more optimal their performance becomes. Simultaneously, digital leadership and digital competence contribute significantly to improved employee performance. This study implies that e-commerce companies need to strengthen digital leadership and enhance employees’ digital competence to meet the demands of technology-based work. By doing so, they can foster a more productive and efficient workforce that is better prepared to adapt to the evolving digital landscape.
