Pengaruh Motivasi Berwirausaha dan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap Niat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial motivation and human resource competence on the entrepreneurial intentions of students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal research design. The sample consists of 100 students selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale, which had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software, preceded by classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results show that simultaneously, entrepreneurial motivation and human resource competence have a positive and significant effect on students’ entrepreneurial intentions. Partially, both entrepreneurial motivation and human resource competence also have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. These findings indicate that enhancing students’ motivation and competence can foster entrepreneurial intentions; therefore, entrepreneurship development in higher education should focus on strengthening these two aspects.”
