Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at Modies Artha Gemilang company. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive techniques. The research sample amounted to 71 employees which was determined through a non-probability sampling method with saturated sampling techniques, so that the entire population was made as respondents. The research data consisted of primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data as support for the analysis. The research instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS software version 22 which included classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F test. These findings confirm that improving the quality of leadership, strengthening work motivation, and creating a conducive work environment play an important role in improving the performance of company employees. In addition, the results of this study provide practical implications for company management in formulating more effective and sustainable human resource management strategies to increase productivity and achieve optimal organizational goals.
