Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja, Psychological Empowerment, dan Penerapan Prinsip Good Corporate Governance terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Bank Sultra Cabang Bombana

The purpose of this study is to examine and explain the influence of work experience, psychological empowerment, and the application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. This study used a quantitative approach with a positivist paradigm. Data collection was conducted cross-sectionally using a questionnaire from all 40 employees at Bank Sultra's Bombana Branch. Multivariate regression analysis was used as an analytical tool. The results showed that work experience, psychological empowerment, and the application of GCG principles simultaneously had a significant positive effect on employee performance. This means that the better the implementation of work experience, psychological empowerment, and the application of GCG principles, the more employee performance improved. Furthermore, partial testing of work experience proved a significant effect on employee performance. Psychological empowerment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the application of GCG principles partially affected employee performance. These results were further supported by respondents' statements based on the description of the variables work experience, psychological empowerment, the application of GCG principles, and employee performance. The majority of respondents stated that the implementation of these variables was good.
