Analisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan pada Aliansi Manajemen di Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee productivity at Aliansi Manajemen Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative approach using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS version 4.0 as the analytical tool. The population of this study consisted of all employees of Aliansi Manajemen Indonesia, with a total of 120 employees. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling, resulting in a sample of 92 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The validity was tested through convergent validity (outer loading > 0.70) and discriminant validity (HTMT < 0.90), while reliability was assessed using Cronbach's Alpha and Composite Reliability (> 0.70). The structural model was evaluated using R-squared, Q-squared, and path coefficient analysis. The findings reveal that leadership has a significant positive effect on employee productivity (β = 0.412; t = 4.823; p < 0.01), and work discipline also has a significant positive effect on employee productivity (β = 0.378; t = 4.217; p < 0.01). Together, leadership and work discipline explain 58.4% of the variance in employee productivity (R² = 0.584). These results suggest that improving leadership quality and enforcing work discipline are critical strategies to enhance employee productivity. The implications of this study recommend that Aliansi Manajemen Indonesia formulate leadership development programs and reinforce systematic work discipline policies to achieve organizational performance targets.
