This study examines the influence of leadership style and job promotion on personnel performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, among Traffic Unit personnel at the Tuban Police Headquarters. The research used an explanatory design with a quantitative approach to test the relationships among the hypothesized variables. A total of 50 respondents participated in the study, and the data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The study aims to describe leadership style, job promotion, job satisfaction, and personnel performance, as well as to examine their direct and indirect effects. The findings show that personnel performance, leadership style, job promotion, and job satisfaction are all in the high category, with average scores of 3.85, 3.89, 3.92, and 3.92, respectively. Leadership style and job promotion have direct but insignificant effects on personnel performance. However, both variables have direct and significant effects on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction also has a direct and significant effect on personnel performance. Furthermore, leadership style and job promotion have indirect and significant effects on personnel performance through job satisfaction.
