Budaya Organisasi sebagai Faktor Strategis dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas dan Efektivitas Lingkungan Kerja

Organizational culture plays a strategic role in shaping employee behavior, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing overall organizational productivity. A positive, adaptive, and strong organizational culture creates a supportive work environment, increases employee engagement, strengthens organizational commitment, and maintains stable performance amid changing business conditions. This study aims to analyze the role of organizational culture in creating a productive work environment through a systematic literature review. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach by examining relevant academic literature. Data were collected from scholarly books and articles published in nationally accredited journals (SINTA) and internationally indexed journals (Scopus) between 2019 and 2026. The findings reveal that organizational culture significantly contributes to improving organizational productivity and effectiveness through shared values, effective communication, supportive leadership, strong teamwork, and a continuous focus on innovation and improvement. Furthermore, this relationship is mediated by several factors, including leadership style, internal communication systems, and the management of both physical and non-physical work environments. The study concludes that strengthening an organizational culture that is adaptive to technological advancements and digital transformation is essential for maintaining competitive advantage, improving organizational performance, and ensuring long-term organizational sustainability in an increasingly dynamic and competitive environment.
