Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Work Life Balance, Employee Engagement, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan di Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work life balance, employee engagement, and job satisfaction on employee loyalty at Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang. Employee loyalty is an important factor in maintaining organizational sustainability, especially in automotive service companies that rely heavily on the quality of human resources in serving customers. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach. The research sample consisted of 122 employees of Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires with a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results showed that leadership style, work life balance, employee engagement, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Job satisfaction was found to be the most dominant factor affecting employee loyalty. These findings indicate that companies need to improve leadership quality, maintain work life balance, increase employee engagement, and create good job satisfaction to improve employee loyalty sustainably.
