This quantitative research, using a descriptive-verification approach, aims to examine the impact of work-life balance and work culture on employee engagement. The research focused on 96 Generation Z employees in the MSME sector in Tasikmalaya Regency. Employee uncertainty is a key concern due to its significant contribution to the efficiency of Human Resource Management (HRM). Therefore, the alignment of personal and professional activities and the internalization of organizational values were identified as predictor variables. Through statistical data estimation using SPSS 27, partial tests confirmed that work-life balance and work culture have a positive and significant influence on employee engagement (H1 and H2 were accepted). Furthermore, simultaneous tests indicated that the combination of these two independent variables accounted for 48.5% of the variation in employee engagement. The remaining 51.5% was determined by other determinants outside the model. Practically, these findings imply that strengthening the work commitment of the younger generation can be accelerated by providing a conducive work climate and ensuring the continuity of life's necessities.
