Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of application security on student loyalty in using Wondr by BNI digital banking services. The research method employed is associative quantitative with a survey approach, distributing online questionnaires to 30 active student respondents who use the application. The sampling technique was conducted using purposive sampling, and the data analysis was statistically tested. The results indicate that the majority of respondents (73.3%) perceive security features such as PIN, OTP, and biometrics as providing excellent account protection. Furthermore, 66.7% of respondents stated they remain loyal to Wondr by BNI due to its reliable security aspects compared to competitor applications. In conclusion, this study proves that security features play a highly significant role in building and maintaining user loyalty among students. Security functions not only as a data protection system but also serves as a primary determinant that drives user satisfaction, transactional comfort, and positive word-of-mouth recommendations. Continuous improvement in system stability remains necessary to optimize the overall user experience sustainably
