Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Tanggung Jawab, Pengawasan dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Bertuah Samudera Abadi

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, responsibility, supervision, and workload on employee performance at PT Bertuah Samudera Abadi. Employee performance is one of the important factors in achieving company goals effectively and efficiently. The problems faced by the company are related to an unsupportive work environment, unclear distribution of responsibilities, ineffective supervision, and workloads that are considered quite high by some employees. This study used a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population in this study consisted of all employees of PT Bertuah Samudera Abadi. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results showed that work environment, responsibility, supervision, and workload partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bertuah Samudera Abadi. The most dominant variable affecting employee performance was the work environment. Therefore, the company is expected to improve the quality of the work environment, clarify employee responsibilities, enhance the effectiveness of supervision, and adjust workloads in order to improve employee performance optimally.
