Pengaruh Work-Life Balance dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada Holiway Garden Resort & SPA

This study analysed the influence of work-life balance (X1) and working environment (X2) on employee productivity (Y) at Holiway Garden Resort & SPA using a quantitative causal approach. The population of 38 employees was used as a sample (full sampling), representing the actual and real conditions of the company. Primary data from a Likert scale questionnaire were analysed using multiple linear regression in SPSS 31.1 for Windows. The results showed that work-life balance had a negative and significant effect, while the work environment had a positive and significant effect. Secara simultan, keduanya berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. In this study, work-life balance was not always positive due to operational demands, irregular working hours, and dynamic work. Sebaliknya, lingkungan kerja lebih dominan berkat suasana yang nyaman, hubungan yang harmonis, dan fasilitas yang memadai. The practical implications of this study are managing work-life balance adaptively with proportional workload distribution and monthly attendance checks. Prioritising the work environment through effective communication among colleagues and a clear system of approval for leave will optimise employee productivity.
