Digital transformation has significantly influenced Human Resource (HR) management through the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and hybrid work technology. These innovations support employees in performing tasks more efficiently, enhancing creativity, and improving data-driven decision-making processes. This study aims to examine the role of AI and hybrid work systems in increasing employee effectiveness and strengthening HR management quality within organizations. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by collecting and analyzing relevant scientific articles related to AI, hybrid work technology, organizational competency, and HR management. The findings indicate that AI integration improves organizational operations by enabling accurate and real-time data analysis, leading to better decision-making outcomes. Meanwhile, hybrid work systems provide greater flexibility, contributing to higher productivity and improved work-life balance among employees. However, the successful implementation of these technologies depends on organizational readiness and employee competencies. Therefore, companies must continuously develop workforce capabilities and maintain a balanced collaboration between human resources and technology to sustain competitiveness in the rapidly evolving digital era.
