Bojong Tourism Village, located in Kulonprogo Regency, offers attractive potential in terms of natural tourism and MSME activities. However, ticket sales and tour packages are still managed manually using tickets without an integrated recording system. This situation results in limited transaction data management, financial reporting, and information communication to tourists. This community service activity aims to design and develop a prototype website-based tour package ticket sales system (e-ticketing) to improve the digitalization of tourism village management. The methods used in this activity include identifying partner needs, designing a system prototype, developing a website interface, and providing guidance to tourism village managers on how to use the system. The results of this activity indicate that the developed e-ticketing system is able to support the digital tour package booking process, which includes package selection, filling in visitor data, automatically calculating the total payment, and sending booking confirmation via WhatsApp to tourism village managers. Adopting this system provides benefits for tourists in obtaining information and booking tour packages more easily, while also helping tourism village managers to improve efficiency in managing transactions and administrative data. Thus, the development of this website-based e-ticketing system is expected to contribute to the digital transformation of tourism village management and improve the quality of service to tourists.
