Integrasi IQ, EQ, SQ, CQ, dan AQ sebagai Kompetensi Utama dalam Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kota Madiun

This study aims to analyze the integration of intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), spiritual intelligence (SQ), creative intelligence (CQ), and adversity intelligence (AQ) in Human Resource Management (HRM) at the Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kota Madiun, as well as its implications for employee performance and organizational culture. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the integration of these five types of intelligence has been implemented in daily work practices, although it has not yet been formally structured within organizational policies. Each dimension of intelligence contributes to enhancing analytical skills, emotional regulation, integrity, innovation, and employee resilience. Furthermore, this integration demonstrates positive implications for improving performance, work effectiveness, teamwork, and the development of an adaptive, innovative, and public service-oriented organizational culture. Therefore, strengthening the systematic and sustainable integration of multiple intelligences in Human Resource Management (HRM) is a crucial strategy for improving human resource quality and organizational performance in the public sector.
