Abstract

Syariah insurance is Islamic insurance which is part of the Islamic economy, is one aspect of the Islamic system which of course has basic values or principles that are in accordance with divine values in the implementation of its operations, but the values of Islamic insurance principles are contained also in the principles of insurance in general. The purpose of this study was appointed, namely, to analyze the performance of PT Asuransi Prudential Syariah Binjai in evaluating the services it has so far for consumers who have joined. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, using a questionnaire using a Likert scale and secondary data obtained from the literature.
