Abstract

The development of financial technology has encouraged the emergence of various innovations in digital payment systems, one of which is the GoPay digital wallet. This service provides convenience for users in conducting transactions quickly, practically, and efficiently. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, and enjoyment on the intention to use GoPay. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of students who use GoPay, with a sample of 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use do not have a significant effect on the intention to use GoPay. In contrast, trust and enjoyment have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use GoPay. These findings suggest that users’ trust in system security and reliability, as well as an enjoyable user experience, are key factors in encouraging the use of digital wallet services. Furthermore, this study provides practical implications for service providers in designing marketing strategies and developing features that prioritize trust and overall user experience.
