Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at Saburai TV Lampung. Rapid advances in digital technology have forced companies to conduct local broadcasts to increase employee productivity in order to compete and maintain their operations. This study uses a quantitative approach through the associative method. The study population includes all 40 employees of Saburai TV Lampung, with a census sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire using a Likert scale, and analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as does the work environment, which also has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. In addition, work discipline and a collaborative work environment have a significant influence on employee performance. This study concludes that improving work discipline and building a supportive work environment are crucial to improving employee performance in the local television industry.
