Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Spirit, Service, and Work Effectiveness on Employee Performance in minimarkets and supermarkets in Solok City, with a sample of 110 respondents using a quantitative method.Based on the statistical analysis results, it can be interpreted that Work Spirit partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance. This is evidenced by the t-test result where the calculated t-value (t-count) of 2.726 is greater than the t-table value of 1.984, with a significance level of 0.008 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that Work Spirit has a significant effect on Employee Performance.Furthermore, based on the statistical analysis results, it can be concluded that Service partially does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance in minimarkets and supermarkets in Solok City. This is proven by the t-test result where the calculated t-value (t-count) of 0.706 is less than the t-table value of 1.984, with a significance level of 0.482 > 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that Service partially does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance.
