This scientific work discusses the impact of human resource development on the service quality of Bank BRI Syariah Mamuju Branch. This research aims to determine the impact of human resource development on the service quality of Bank BRI Syariah Mamuju Branch. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results of this research show that the quality of service provided by Bank BRI Syariah Mamuju Branch in the field sector is quite good, such as facilities and infrastructure are supportive, employee politeness is good, employee responsiveness in providing services is appropriate, friendly to all customers, but There are still customers who are not satisfied with the services provided, in explaining customer questions, employee explanations are not optimal, they are still unclear, due to the large number of employees who do not have an educational background in sharia banking. And the development carried out is not optimal. Motivation, harmonious working relationships and providing incentives to employees are enough to help employees to improve the quality of human resources, especially in providing salaries and incentives, Bank BRI Syariah must maximize the performance they provide, Bank BRI Syariah Mamuju Branch must maintain this activity or increase program activities like this.
