. Language skills are an important aspect of early childhood development, contributing to communication and social interaction. Early childhood education (PAUD) teachers play a strategic role in stimulating and developing children's language skills through various creative and interactive learning methods. This study aims to analyze the role of PAUD teachers in developing early childhood language skills. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were teachers and early childhood education (PAUD) institutions. The results showed that teachers act as facilitators, motivators, and guides in the language learning process. Teachers use various strategies such as storytelling, singing, and role-playing to improve children's language skills. In addition, a conducive learning environment also supports optimal language development in children. Thus, the role of PAUD teachers is crucial in developing early childhood language skills. Teachers who are professional, creative, and responsive to children's needs will be able to create an effective and enjoyable learning process. Therefore, improving teacher quality and supporting a conducive environment are crucial in efforts to optimize early childhood language development as a foundation for further development.
