This community service activity implemented community-based early childhood sexual education through the “Aku dan Diriku” program at Bunga Nusa Indah Early Childhood Education. The program aimed to strengthen children’s basic understanding and self-protection skills related to body awareness, private body parts, safe and unsafe touch, saying “no”, and seeking help from trusted adults. The activity involved 49 children and was supported by teachers and adult companions. The implementation consisted of needs identification, preparation of child-friendly visual media, interactive education using stories, pictures, songs, questions and answers, simple role play, reinforcement for teachers and parents, and evaluation before and after education. Knowledge was assessed using age-appropriate questions and visual prompts. The Wilcoxon signed-rank analysis reported a significant pre–post difference in knowledge (Z = −6.245; p < 0.001; n = 49). The activity was positively received, with children actively participating in discussion, singing, educational games, and role play. The program also strengthened teachers’ and parents’ roles in reinforcing child protection messages at school and home. Continued integration of body-safety messages into routine learning and family communication is recommended.
