Abstract

The development of creative entrepreneurship in schools requires integration of design, production, business management, and digital marketing skills. However, students’ existing design and entrepreneurial competencies are not always connected to merchandise production and marketing activities. Limited production equipment and digital marketing utilization can also hinder the development of creative products. This community service activity aimed to improve the understanding and practical experience of SMAN 5 Bekasi students through an integrated approach connecting digital design, merchandise production, entrepreneurship, and digital marketing. Activities included socialization, Canva-based design training, merchandise production practices using supporting equipment, promotional video development using AI Flow, and the formation of a Student Creativepreneur Team (SCT). Evaluation was conducted through pre- and post-tests, practical observations, and mentoring. The results showed increased understanding and practical experience in connecting digital design with merchandise production, student business management, and digital promotional materials. Participants also gained experience in role distribution, production processes, product quality control, and marketing activities. This program provides a foundation for developing more integrated and sustainable student entrepreneurship through the utilization of the Mini Creativepreneur Lab and the Student Creativepreneur Team (SCT).
