The implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) aspects in the tourism sector still faces major challenges due to the limited risk mitigation facilities and safety education media for tourists. Lumpue Beach as a developing tourist destination has potential dangers that have not been supported by adequate safety facilities. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of beach managers and staff of Lumpue Village in preparing for K3 risk mitigation and developing a K3 Digital Pocket Book based on Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC). The implementation methods include identification of needs, socialization, application of technology, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of the activity show that the potential hazards at Lumpue Beach were successfully compiled using the HIRARC method and can be accessed through the QR code feature. The participants' knowledge increased significantly from an average score of 45.3 (pre-test) to 84 (post-test), with an increase of 87%. In addition, the installation of K3 signs is carried out to strengthen the safety infrastructure of tourist areas. The integration of the K3 Digital Pocketbook not only increases the capacity of beach managers and village staff, but also encourages the transformation of tourism managers into safety promoters. Thus, this activity contributes to the development of sustainable tourism that is oriented towards safety.
