Breastfeeding mothers need accessible information on measures that support lactation, including oketani massage as a complementary method. This community service activity aimed to describe the implementation of oketani massage education and participants’ understanding after the activity. The activity was conducted at Posyandu Mawar A, Bogor, using an educative-participatory approach comprising educational sessions, oketani massage demonstrations, discussion and question-and-answer sessions, leaflet distribution, and Post-test evaluation. Thirty participants completed a nine-item Post-test covering breast milk, breastfeeding support, and oketani massage. Data were analyzed descriptively using frequencies and percentages. All participants answered correctly on the definition of breast milk, the importance of breast milk for infants, benefits of breast milk for mothers, family and healthcare-worker support, benefits of oketani massage, and the purpose of each massage step. Twenty-eight participants (93.3%) correctly identified oketani massage, while 2 participants (6.6%) correctly answered the question regarding the number of oketani massage steps. The mean Post-test score was 8.17 out of 9. oketani massage education and demonstration showed good post-education understanding of basic breastfeeding material and conceptual aspects of oketani massage; however, technical information concerning the massage steps requires reinforcement through repeated demonstrations and guided practice.
